Shipping charges

Free Delivery

Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over 150 AED. Standard delivery charges of AED 25 apply for orders under 150 AED.

STANDARD SHIPPING

For orders AED 149 & below, a courier charge of AED 25 will apply.

Shipping Timeline

All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days from our warehouse upon confirmation of payment.

Currently, expedited shipping is not available.

Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and offer the following return and replacement policies:

Reporting Window

Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products within 10 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • The final decision regarding refunds and return pickups will be made by our dispatch team.
