At Barva.ae, we strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process:

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders of AED 150 and above within the UAE.
• Standard Shipping: For orders AED 149 & below, a courier charge of AED 25 will apply.

Shipping Timeline

• All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days from our warehouse upon confirmation of payment.
• Currently, expedited shipping is not available.

Returns & Replacements

We stand by the quality of our products and offer the following return and replacement policies:

• Free Replacement: If your order arrives damaged during transit, we will replace it at no cost to you.
• Returns & Refunds:
  • Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products within 10 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • The final decision regarding refunds and return pickups will be made by our dispatch team.
